The Choleric in Inclusion
The Choleric in Inclusion is a fact paced individual who undertakes projects quickly and efficiently. They are open, confident, outgoing, optimistic, and tough minded. This person is a perfectionist and has a good mind for envisioning new projects and is an extrovert of a highly selective nature. When we observe an individual who is highly personable and charming, as is a Sanguine, but does not like people, we are looking at a Choleric in Inclusion. Like a Sanguine, a Choleric in Inclusion is a person with can inspire great numbers of people. At a party or social setting, the Choleric, on the surface, is highly personable, optimistic and well liked. Cholerics can be very personable and charming to most people around them, and the people that they associate with respond well to their charm.
To the Choleric, people are not persons, but they are tools to be used. The Choleric will only associate to those tools that can be used. So parties, social situations and gatherings are tools that the Choleric will use to reach their goals.
The Choleric in Control
The Choleric in control indicates decision making abilities, willingness to take on responsibilities, and the need for independence. This temperament is an exceptional leader and can handle just about anything you that you can throw at them. They can make intuitive decisions "on the fly" and will always carry the project that they are working on to completion. The decisions and responsibilities that they can handle would make other people cringe. The Choleric is known as a "people motivator" and usually has a group of people following them.
The Choleric in control will accept little or no interference from others and needs to have total control over the lives of others. They have the ability to use poor behavior to control those under them in order to keep control.
The Choleric in Affection
The Choleric in affection appears to need a great deal of love and affection, but in reality they do not. This temperament will usually not seek out close personal relationships, and when approached they may decline.
